This week is the 15th National Apprenticeship Week and its theme “Build the Future” could not be better timed.
The housebuilding industry has reached a critical moment. Not only is the need for new homes greater than ever, but they need to be safer, better insulated and more energy efficient.
We need people to ensure these rising standards are met. This is where you – or someone you know – may be able to help us.
Premier Guarantee is known throughout the housebuilding sector for its warranty services. But we are also an established, licensed Building Control Approved Inspector.
We help developers build homes that meet or exceed building regulations.
To help meet growing demand, we are expanding our Building Control service with two outstanding job opportunities via Building Control apprenticeships.
Our apprenticeship scheme has two places available, one for a home-based inspector in the south of England and one for the north of England.
Candidates will enjoy the variety of University-led theory learning combined with on-site, boots-on-the-ground practical mentoring from our inspectors.
It’s a four-year undertaking, but at the end candidates will achieve chartered status with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
There is no doubt that this profession and the skills you will acquire will be in demand.
If you or someone you know may be interested, please download our apprenticeship brochure to find out more.
You’ll also find more details on the Premier Guarantee careers page.
