Hampshire developer named 'Developer of the Year' at Excellence Awards

Hampshire-based Bargate Homes have been named Developer of the Year in Premier Guarantee’s 2023 Excellence Awards.

 

The annual awards celebrate the highest quality of standards on developments up and down the UK with the winners sitting in the top 1% of all Premier Guarantee sites.

 

Bargate also scooped Development of the Year in the 51-100 unit category for their Rivercross site in Hampshire at the mouth of the River Hamble.

 

Rivercross features 76 homes including affordable housing across a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Excellence Award winners are drawn from the Premier Guarantee’s monthly Quality Recognition Awards where developers are scored by surveyors for the quality of site management and safety, communication, and workmanship.

 

Ged Duffey, Bargate’s Business Development Manager at Premier Guarantee, praised Bargate for going the extra mile to ensure the best for their customers.

Managing Director at Bargate, Mark White, spoke of his delight at receiving the award.

  • Dandara’s The Sweetings in East Malling, Kent (101+ units South)

  • MCI Developments’ West Bridgewater Street site in Leigh, Greater Manchester (Social Housing)

  • Berkeley Homes’ Horlicks Quarter in Slough, Berkshire (Major Projects)
