“I only had these sites for three months but the standard of workmanship and expectations of the Site Managers on this site were absolutely brilliant. We worked really well together and had the same expectations and goals - to build very high standard homes for incoming owners and not have any claims further down the line. Trades were polite, I knew their names, they knew mine - full PPE always worn by all too.
"This site was also exceptionally tidy and H&S adhered to above and beyond. Rosie, the Assistant Site Manager, will go far - and fair play to her, she just needs to build her confidence.”

“During the last few years we have been lucky enough to work with a few surveyors, all of whom have been not only a fount of knowledge and support, but a pleasure to work with. The last few years have been some of the toughest the industry has known. It’s in these times that I believe the strongest relationships are forged and the partnership between our two companies has been no exception.
“For women in a male-dominated industry there can be some challenges, but for Rosie and Kelly they hit those challenges head on. They always push to take all aspects of the build to the next level, delivering a better product which in turn means happier customers and lends the industry a better reputation.
“On a personal level, Kelly was brilliant to work with, it never mattered how busy she was or how much it might be raining when we wanted her to look at a foundation or a roof, she always had a smile on her face and a happy attitude to match. Sometimes inspections can feel like a necessity - this was certainly not the case with Kelly, it felt more like positive reinforcement and she would often give advice and feedback as to ways we might look to improve and or raise the standard just that little bit more.
"She was not shy to get the trades involved in the conversation and make them part of the decision making process. It is that way of thinking that is driving this industry forward and making it a better, more positive place where people genuinely care about what they are doing and producing.”
