The Parklands, Sudbrooke, Lincoln

“The Parklands is such a lovely site. It is set within woodland and although the properties are new, their appearance has so much character. Two houses on the site even have thatched roofs which has been a great learning curve for me - it is great to work on something completely different to the norm.

 

"Sudbrooke Holme (built in 1780) used to lie on the site land but was demolished in 1928. It was a stunning country mansion. The plans are for Sudbrooke Holme to be re-built to its former glory as an over-55s complex. This will be an amazing project to be involved in and will bring some destroyed history back to life.

 

"The site management team are so professional and the site manager always wants to ensure that everything is built to a very high standard. The site is very tidy and well-managed and it is a pleasure to visit and to work with them.”
