The spectacular Harbour Central is a brand new development in London's Docklands, comprising of five residential buildings and a leisure complex. The magnificent Maine Tower will offer 297 exquisite apartments, arranged over 41 storeys and promises breathtaking panoramic views from the upper floors. Designed as the impressive focal point of Harbour Central, this all-private tower is set to be a dramatic new landmark within E14. Greystar, Build to Rent operator and investor, has purchased two of the blocks and will be one of their first purpose built schemes operational in the UK.

Opening quotation mark

Being a frequent visitor to sites and familiar with the unitised facades, the first thing that you notice when you arrive at the Harbour Central is how tidy and clean the whole site is. This is mainly down to the culture of the site (rigorously and enthusiastically enforced by David Hughes, Senior Project Manager), but when you get to the working levels where the façade is being installed the clutter that is normally associated with a traditional wall panel construction is noticeable by its absence; on adjacent levels it would be difficult to guess that facade works were being undertaken above or below.
