Cover begins from day one of issuing the Certificate of Insurance

Your local and experienced Risk Management Surveyor will guide you through the build process offering onsite technical advice.

On review of your designs, our team will provide advice for meeting build requirements, before creating a bespoke technical inspection plan for your build.
Your Risk Management Surveyor will undertake onsite inspections in line with the construction of your development.
On final inspection your Risk Management Surveyor will approve your project so you can receive your Certificate of Insurance.
