Making A Claim

When purchasing a new property you will be asked by your developer to undertake a handover inspection of the property. Any damage such as marks, chips, scuffs, scratches and staining must be noted to your developer at the time of the inspection as such damage is not covered by Premier Guarantee. Details of what is or isn't covered can be found in your policy documentation. If you don't have your policy document or need some further guidance, contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
