We caught up with Stewart Harris, Operations Director at Rectory Homes, to find out more about how they collaborated with Premier Guarantee and what the award means to them.

What does winning a Quality Recognition Award mean to you and your team?

Winning a Quality Recognition Award is a massive achievement not only for the site manager and site delivery team, but also for the company. It shows that the procedures that we have put in place are working and the hard work and dedication of the team is paying off.

How do you find working with Premier Guarantee?

Working with Premier Guarantee is more of a collaborative experience than a standard inspection/sign-off regime. The main aspect which stands out is the assistance and pro-active approach the Premier inspectors have with regards to highlighting, discussing and resolving any issues which may arise whilst carrying out the development.

Can you tell us about how Premier Guarantee have supported you with your development?

I think the relationship with Premier encompasses all aspects of both businesses. Our developments have a dedicated inspector, which allows relationships to be formed between both parties and a level of trust and understanding between sites and inspectors. It also allows any issue to be followed through and resolved. This relationship also follows through to our Business Development Manager and senior management level, where if required, direct communication can be had between both businesses.

What were your reasons for choosing Premier Guarantee as the provider for your award-winning site?

We are fully aware that there are various options with regards to choosing a provider, however as mentioned, the collaborative and sensible approach displayed by Premier Guarantee means that it is an easy decision to choose them for our site.
